The contract was for the construction of high quality public realm plazas, pedestrian and cycling thoroughfares, riverside amphitheatre with seating terraces and SUDS drainage including a new pond and associated swales. Formal tree avenues and woodland were planted and street furniture installed. Also included were services such as water and telecoms infrastructure, ducting for future developments and lighting/electrical works including a new 11kV substation.
