The contract was for the construction of a recycling centre facility at Inveralmond Industrial Estate in Perth. It included construction of a reinforced concrete slab and retaining wall, an internal road including concrete ramp; construction of service area for access to waste and recycling containers and new access and egress for site. Also included was the provision of gatehouse and messing facilities with security barriers and traffic management and the installation of drainage, lighting, electrical and fencing works.
